Here's exactly what to expect
You'll come up the lift to the 4th floor, follow the signage to Room K1, and be greeted at the door rather than left to find a seat yourself. If you booked ahead, your barber or therapist will already know roughly what you're after. If you walked in, we'll ask a few quick questions and get you settled within a few minutes — we very rarely run a long wait.
Bring a reference photo if you have one in mind, or just describe the vibe and let your barber guide you. Either way works — we'd rather ask questions upfront than surprise you with the result.

We're on the 4th Floor of Superior Centre — come find us between Kenyatta and Moi Avenue. No appointment required, though messaging ahead means less time waiting and more time in the chair.
