How We Train
Nobody touches a client untrained
Every barber and therapist at Blispa works alongside a senior team member before they're ever handed a full booking on their own. Fades are practiced on mannequins and staff first. Straight-razor work is supervised for weeks before it's solo. It's slower than just hiring someone with a certificate and hoping — but it's the only way we've found to guarantee that the chair you sit in gives you the same result the founder would.
The result is a team where every member can genuinely do the job, not just talk about it — and where "I'm still learning" is never the answer you get mid-service.
